Requests and confirmation

Submitting the website form creates a booking request, not an automatic flight confirmation. The operations team confirms availability after reviewing the aircraft, crew, participant information, location, permissions and weather window.

Changes and weather

Aviation activities are weather-dependent. A safe operation may require rescheduling, changing the route or cancelling the requested time. Any payment, cancellation and refund terms must be presented and accepted before a payment is collected.

Participant duties

Participants must provide accurate information, complete the required waiver, follow instructions and disclose relevant health conditions. Final participation remains subject to the pilot’s and operations team’s decision.

Photography and marketing

Marketing use of identifiable participant images requires an appropriate permission separate from the safety waiver unless the applicable form explicitly and lawfully includes it.
