Operational principles
Safety controls the schedule.
Flight times are requests until confirmed. Conditions can require a delay, route change, different operating window or cancellation. Commercial pressure never overrides the operating decision.
Before participation
- Provide accurate identity, age, contact and health information.
- Read and complete the required waiver and guardian section when applicable.
- Follow clothing, footwear, weight and arrival instructions provided for the selected activity.
- Attend the complete briefing and ask about anything that is unclear.
During operations
- Follow pilot and ground-team instructions immediately.
- Remain within marked areas and away from propellers, rotors and launch zones.
- Do not participate while impaired or after withholding relevant medical information.
- Accept that the pilot or operations lead may stop the activity at any point.
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Pilot, instructor and operational assignments are subject to internal credential and currency checks before each activity.
Registration, maintenance and insurance evidence may be shared for formal due diligence where operational and privacy controls allow.
Every mission remains subject to the permissions, airspace, weather and site conditions applicable to its confirmed location and date.
